Reservations

To validate a reservation, our clients must send proof of payment and the following information:

Full name
CPF (Brazilian tax ID)
Phone number
Email address
Check-in time / flight number (if applicable)
Check-out time
Names of other guests (if any);

Payment methods, reservations, rental and security deposit

To reserve one of our properties, we require a reservation confirmation deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. The remaining rental amount will be charged at check-in before entering the property.
The payment, corresponding to the 50% reservation, can be made by bank transfer/deposit.
The payment for the remaining rental amount + cleaning fee + security deposit must be made in cash at the time of signing the contract and receiving the keys.

In order to allocate your payment, we always require confirmation of the transfer via email.
Your reservation will be validated from the moment the MME Hospitalidade reservations department sends a confirmation email.
If, for any reason beyond our control, the rented property becomes unavailable, we offer our clients the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.

Check-in

Check-in time: 2 PM to 10 PM

The client is required to inform us of their arrival time and provide their contact number. Without this information, check-in cannot be completed. During the check-in process, the client must call our check-in department at 82 99947-0628 up to 1 hour before their arrival at the property. After receiving the call, one of our employees will wait for the guest at the entrance of the reserved property.

If the client arrives before our official check-in time of 2 PM, they can leave their luggage in a room until the property is fully ready at the agreed time. If the apartment is available and the client wants to guarantee the possibility of an earlier check-in, a change between 6 AM and 2 PM can be arranged for an additional fee. This amount must be paid in advance.

For check-ins between 10 PM and 6 AM, the equivalent of the previous day's rent must be paid.

Check-out

Check-out time: 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM

An MME Hospitality employee or the owner will meet the client at their apartment (the time will be scheduled in advance in the rental agreement) to inspect the property, receive the keys, and return the security deposit.

For check-outs between 1:00 PM and 6:00 AM, we charge the equivalent of the next day's rent. If the client does not check out at the agreed time, after a 30-minute grace period, a fine of 50 Reais will be charged. After 1:00 PM, the amount charged will be equivalent to a full day's rent. This amount must be paid upon arrival.

 

Cancellation and Reservation Changes

Cancellation Policy

• Flexible – 30 days - Guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Guests will be charged 100% of the total price if canceled within 30 days of arrival.

• Non-refundable, High Season, New Year's Eve, Carnival and Easter - Guests will be charged the full price of the reservation if canceled at any time.

 

No-show Policy

• Non-refundable – The full amount of the reservation will be charged in case of no-show.

MME Hospitality reserves the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement, without any refund of amounts paid by the client, if any of the following occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of the peace of the neighborhood and/or violation of condominium rules, organization of parties, consumption of illicit drugs, pets without our permission, failure to pay the full rent or security deposit.

If the reserved property has internet or cable TV connection, MME Hospitality assumes no responsibility for any connectivity problems or inconveniences resulting from these. These services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disturbances with internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no refund of the rental payment.

 

Responsibilities and Obligations of Our Guests

The guest assumes full responsibility for the property they have rented as well as for any item belonging to the condominium. The same applies to other residents and visitors. The client and all occupants of the apartment and visitors must comply with the condominium regulations and rules. Fines imposed by the condominium administration for non-compliance with the rules will be immediately paid by the client. Additionally, they may also lead to premature termination of the rental agreement without any refund.

Visitors

Some condominiums do not allow visitors. Please contact us before making any reservation where visitors are expected so that we can provide a more suitable property.

Some reservations do not include electricity and gas consumption; it is necessary to check your rental agreement. In case of electricity charges, the client must pay the bills equivalent to the period of their stay at check-out or, if the rental is longer than 30 days, after each month.
