The heart of the development is a boulevard 700 meters long that gives access to the beach. There you will find Praêro Ipioca Beach, a complete beach bar rich in gastronomy, Sports Burger with a menu of handmade hamburgers and chopps, Pizzeria and Santo Orégano pasta house.

Your children will have a lot of fun with the Brinque+ recreation team and our cute mascots that will make the kids happy, we have bicycles for those who want to take a beautiful romantic walk along the beach and scooters for those who prefer to venture along the boulevard. On the beach we provide rafts for the natural pools of Ipioca as well as stand up paddle boards and kayaks for rent.
